1) As of 2011, OSCE is registered on DAC's liste of international organisations to which core contributions can be regarded as multilateral assistance; in OSCE's case with a co-efficient of 74%

2) For these multilateral organisations, OECD/DAC has established a co-efficient for how large a proportion of core contributions can be regarded as development assistance, based on a review of the particular organisation's activities. The table shows the specified percentage of the Danish core contributions.

3) in the final statement to DAC for 2010, only core contributions to multilateral organisations are reported as multilateral assistance. This distinction was not fully implemented at the time of the Annual Report's publication, resulting in a discrepancy between these statements. Presented here is the final DAC statement.
